PROGRAMS
The Pueblo of Jemez Housing Authority (POJHA) is committed in treating all of our families with respect and dignity as we provide safe, sanitary, and decent housing for federally recognized Native Americans with a preference for Jemez tribal members, and to provide housing assistance and opportunities to meet the diverse needs of tribal members as they become self-sufficient.
The POJHA currently provides the following housing related programs for low and moderate income families provided all eligibility requirements are met as defined in each program.
Housing Programs
The Rental Program provides affordable Low Rent housing units to qualified low-income Native American individuals and families with preference given to enrolled Jemez Pueblo members. As defined by the POJHA, an enrolled Jemez member is an Individual, or family whose Head of Household or Spouse, is an enrolled member of the Jemez Pueblo.
