The Pueblo of Jemez Housing Authority (POJHA) will be posting various updates pertaining to the Tri-Plex project throughout the duration of the project.
The Tri-Plex construction project officially kicked off on June 23, 2021. The first phase of this project includes the completion of soil movement and testing, soil compaction, rough-in plumbing, and concrete foundation. The anticipated completion date for this initial phase is set for July 30, 2021 or sooner.
The POJHA has contracted with Kha'P'o Construction as its main contractor for this project. This project is being funded through grants received by the New Mexico Indian Affairs Department (NM IAD) and the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) office, along with funding received from the AMERIND Risk organization. The entire project is scheduled to be completed on or before December 31, 2021.
